How do I check for claim errors in the CACFP/Food Program?

Checking your monthly claim error reports helps to maximize your reimbursements for all the nutritious meals you provide children in the CACFP/Food program! 

It is easy and simple to check your monthly claim errors. To do so, follow these steps 10-14 days after claim submission: 

• Log in to Kidkare 
• Select "REPORTS" from the drop-down selection on the left 
• Click on Claim Statements 
• Click on Claim Summary and Errors 
• Click on the Claim month and year 
• Then "RUN" report, open report, and review
