How can I translate or access the content of a website into my own language?

Many websites have the built-in option to view their content in multiple languages. This often appears as a button or list of languages along the top of the web page where you can select your preferred language. This feature is visible at the top of the Children’s Council website:

What about websites that don’t have this option?

For websites that don’t have a built-in option to switch languages, you might consider enabling Google or Microsoft Translator on your internet browser.
