Visitor Policy
All visitors are RECOMMENDED to wear a mask, except for children under 2 years of age
For your safety, our clients and staff, please follow these guidelines during your visit
- Enter through main entrance and have temperature taken in the lobby area.
- Wash or sanitize hands frequently during your visit. Hand sanitizing dispensers are available throughout the building.
DO NOT ENTER if you are sick, have COVID-19 symptoms, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Visitors refusing to follow the visitor policies will be asked to leave the facility.

Are visitors required to be vaccinated to visit Children’s Council’s offices?
Children’s Council highly encourages vaccination; however, no proof of vaccination is required for your visit.
What is considered a high temperature and what should I do if I have a high temperature?
High temperature is anything above 100.4 F. Please reschedule your appointment or contact us
by phone at 415.276-2900 to request services over the phone.
I forgot my mask, will Children’s Council have extra masks available?
Yes. You may request a disposable mask when entering the building
